Hello and welcome to the HDU Ipswich work posts. A recently completed refurb for a company that we have worked for before. This beautiful country farmhouse in Exning, Newmarket had an unfortunate burst pipe issue over the winter and we were asked to put the work in to bring it back to a lettable state.
Four of the rooms had been stripped back to the bare brickwork, including the kitchen and had to be started as new rooms from the new plasterboard systems on the walls and ceilings to the internal doors and kitchen installation.
We will focus on the kitchen in this post which the customer chose. A very nice Howdens Chilcomb in Porcelain . It was suited to this property as the house has a certain grandeur and a basic kitchen style would not have cut the mustard in this near stately pile.
From the Knob and Cup Handles to the Staved Oak square edged worktop the kitchen has a timeless Farmhouse style and really suited the project.
